Your report should be 3-4 pages in length, single spaced, and use APA for citations (if needed, citations are not required). This is a formal document and should be written as a letter to the company who brought you on as a consultant(s).
There should be a brief introduction paragraph that previews the letter, the body where the following steps are discussed, and a conclusion paragraphs that recaps the letter and reinforces your relationship.
I will be grading your individual and group case study on your ability to follow the format and your ability to address and respond to the following five steps.

As a consultant, you have been asked to review the facts and make suggestions on how the issues at Roberts Cellars can be resolved. Write your letter and address it to Max and Sierra Roberts.
Remember to follow the five steps as posted with the assignment. When writing the letter you should provide a brief description of the problems.
Identify the facts and discuss the key problems. Make recommendations evaluating the following:
• How should Roberts Cellars handle the TCA problem? Why do you advocate this direction?
