Please help me eliminate grammatical issues.

According to Stewart (2014) "Expressing yourself well in a difficult conversation has nothing to do with how big your vocabulary is or how eloquent or quick-witted you are" (p.220). When expressing self, ones is not to argue, or try to impress the others, but help the listener to understand one's feelings or opinions. Therefore, it is not a good idea to always answer with a negative response to avoid conflict. As the Bible stated that "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1, The New King James Versions). Another way to express our feelings is to let the person knows the feelings while avoiding easing that will cause confusion, but simply going straight to the point with full details. Do not give opinions without an explanation, but instead trying to share personal experience help the person understands the situation and avoid repeating words that can lead to arguments or hurting ones feeling.
