There are efforts to curtail or limit freedom of speech on the internet and there have been failures of such efforts as represented by the law known as the CDA in the USA. Commenting on such matters were many people including John Perry Barlow who issued the A Declaration of the Independence of Cyberspace.
What do you think of the declaration? Is it similar to being a foundational document such as the Declaration of Independence is for the form of right to freedom for people in the USA?
