A personal-best experience is an event or series of events that you believe to be your individual standard of excellence. Think of a time you achieved significant success while working with others. It may be when you had no official authority but chose to play a role within a group. Think of an experience of which you are very proud. In an essay of a minimum of 500 words, discuss the following:
1. What is your personal-best leadership experience? What was your role, who else was involved, how did you emerge as the leader?
2. How did you convince others? What did you do to engage others?
3. How did you demonstrate your commitment? What did you or others do to overcome any major challenges or setbacks?
