This error is caused due to the delete query and when unique property is set to “no”.

Following given are the steps that must be followed in order to solve the problem.

1) Delete query must be opened and if it is not opening then press F4.

2) Clicking on the query properties underneath query designer will provide you the options.

3) In that options, you require to locate the unique records property and must set it to yes. These options are present in the query property sheet.
