The traditional philosophy is to get as many people as possible to apply for the job. In realistic philosophy, the requirements of the company are co-ordinated with the requirements of the applicants, which enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process. The workers who are enrolled will stay in the organisation for a longer time period and they will perform at higher level of efficiency in realistic approach.
