What are the Functions of Management?




The different Functions of Management are Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing and Controlling.

1. Planning:

Planning is determining in advance that what to do and how to do it in future.

2. Organizing:

Organizing is to assign duties, alliance tasks, inaugurating authority and distributing capitals required to carry out a specific plan.

3. Organizing:

Organizing is judgement the right persons for the right job.

4. Directing:

Directing is encouraging workers, leading, manipulating and to accomplish the responsibilities assigned to them.

5. Controlling:

Controlling is monitoring the organizational performance towards the attainment of organizational goals.
