Difference between the MOSFET and BJT
Describe the basic difference between the MOSFET and BJT?
Expert
In MOSFET, the current flow is either due to the electrons (n-channel MOS) or due to the holes (p-channel MOS).
In BJT, we see the current flow due to both the carriers: electrons and holes. The BJT is a current controlled device and MOSFET is a voltage controlled device.
