Difference between the Latches and Flip flops

Write down the fundamental difference between the Latches and Flip flops?

a) Flip-flops are edge-triggered devices while the latches are level triggered devices.

b) Latch doesn’t encompass clock signal while the flip flop does.

c) Flip-flop consists of two values whereas the latch consists of just one value. (Latches don’t store information, here, a bit).
