The analysis should be 15 to 20 pages long, times new roman 12 double line spaced. The analysis should consider all the case questions, and the case should give a concrete answer about why should we purchase the HRIS with all the reasons covering cost/benefit analysis.
The case study is from the book- "Human Resource Information Systems" 2nd Edition by Michael J. Kavanagh, Mohan Thite and Richard D. Johnson. Chapter 7.
