4. Scientific Evaluation: It is an aim, impartial and scientific assessment through analogous measure and actions for all employees in a proper manner.
5. Periodic Evaluation: Informal appraisals takes place on an unscheduled basis with the organization that is a supervisor assess their subordinates job, yet the systematic appraisal of an employee occurs at certain time gap throughout that employee’s history of employment.
6. Continuous Process: It is a periodic performance and also it is an ongoing process. Appraisals are frequently scheduled and are not forced on the employee on unusual dates without significance.
7. Employee Feedback: Performance appraisal arrangement gives information to employees on how well they are working, and this feedback is given to them when required.
