Assignment
The project is in C programming. Answer for the code that can be implemented in Eclipse. The goal of this assignment is to familiarize yourself with bitwise operations on signed and unsigned integers. Your task is to implement all of the functions in bits.c. All instructions regarding individual functions are in the comments above each function. All testing of the functions needs to be done in tests.c. Compiling should be done using the provided make file. In order to make, switch directory to where you've opened the project and type 'make'.
