You are the manager of the business department in a large corporation who supervises approximately twenty-five employees. It has been brought to your attention by another manager that several employees in your department seem to be violating company policy by inapropriately using communication resources. The company policy on personal use of e-mail, phones , and photocopying is somewhat vague with very littke detail. Being the proactive manager that you are, and wainting your department to set a good example, you decide to write a memo to your staff clarifying the policy on personal use of theses three business tools.
