Web based Arduino temperature monitoring and controller

Instructions:

1- Web based Arduino temperature monitoring that can be able to turn on fan when the temp is above 79 degree Fahrenheit and turn on a heater when the temp reaches below 70 degree Fahrenheit.

2- Detailed schematics

Items to be included in schematics/coding:

  • TMP36 temperature sensor
  • 5v 1 channel relay module for switching the fan on/off (5v DC fan)
  • 5v 1 channel relay module for switching heater on/off
  • Green "LED on" when the Temperature is between 71 - 78 Farherniet

3- Detailed code for Arduino and pushing data to webserver

  • I need detailed info on how to assign IP address and mac address once it's done.
  • I also need help/info with Modifying the setup home router to allow access from the outside world

4- You can design your own or create Web server access on existing platforms such as (sparkfun, xivley, partcl, google chart etc...) however, it has to draw a chart.

  • If you want to use an existing platform you can create an account and include the public URL in the code and do let me know the user name and log in

I have attached you 2links that has a code, which gives you an idea of what I am looking for.

1- web based Arduino temperature monitor (from anywhere) that can be able to turn on fan when the temp is above 80 degree Fahrenheit and turn on a heater when the temp reaches below 70 degree Fahrenheit.

2- Clear schematics

3- Detailed code for both Arduino and webserver, including how I would able to easily put it together.
