Electronic media provides you with many options for creating effective messages in business. Many scenarios come up in which you will be asked to craft a positive message in response to a customer's issue. In this homework, you will be asked to compose messages from both the perspective of a customer and a customer service representative.

Instructions:

i. Choose a recent purchase or customer experience you have had that did not meet your expectations.

ii. Write an email to the company expressing your dissatisfaction and concerns.

iii. Place yourself as the customer service representative receiving your email and respond appropriately.

Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:

i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.

ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
