Programming Problem
I) Write a program that asks the user for an ending value. Ask the user for a number. Use a for loop to calculate and display the following.
Index and the value of the number
During each iteration of the loop the value of the number should double and add 1. Example if number is 2, the next value should be 5. The next value after that should be 11, and next would be 23.
II) Membership Fees IncreaseA country club, which currently charges $2,500 per year for membership, has announced it will increase its membership fee by 4 percent each year for the next 6 years. Write a program that uses a loop to display the projected rates for the next 6 years.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
