(Python) Write a program that creates a number grid based on user input
There are four (4) parts to this program:
1. Initialize the necessary variables
2. Prompt the user for the number of rows and columns in the number grid
3. Create for loops based on the size of the grid
4. Print the integers, (starting with 1), in the number grid as specified
Using the IDLE Python editor, enter the following comments in your Python program identifying each part. Make sure to leave blank spaces between each comment section.

# Prompt the user for the number of rows and columns
# Create for loops based on the size of the grid
# Print the integers in the number grid as specified
Write the appropriate Python code to complete each block. Make sure to keep the commands within the corresponding comment blocks. These print() function parameters might be useful:
print()=advances to a new, blank line
print("some text", end= "")=prints "some text", doesn't advance to a new line
print("some text", end= "\t")=adds a TAB character, doesn't advance to a new line
