PHYTON ONLY: Write a program that creates a number grid based on user input. A number grid is a sequence of integers organized into rows and columns.
There are four (4) parts to this program:
Initialize the necessary variables 2. Prompt the user for the number of rows and columns in the number grid 3. Create for loops based on the size of the grid 4. Print the integers, (starting with 1), in the number grid as specified.
Using the IDLE Python editor, enter the following comments in your Python program identifying each part. Make sure to leave blank spaces between each comment section.
