This policy was developed to be the resource, which could possibly be the productive force behind the knowledge, skills and motivating people to accomplish a mission. This type of strategy could in fact become a lasting professional advantage for an organization. Human Resource is designed in a way to incorporate a strategic plan of how to accomplish a business related matter. The management team will strategically manage people as business resources (Hays, 2008).

Strategic partners of a structured business or organization are considered to be thinking people and will always have a tendency to brainstorm the best course of action for the longevity of the business. I believe that developing a competitive advantage could move a business to the next level and have its competitors desperately trying to keep up with the changing technology. I believe that another role that may actually be important in this policy would be developing a committed employee.

A committed employee would be in a position to put there all into building the progress of the company from where ever they started. I have noticed that on my current employment, the leadership happens to be faced with many challenges when it comes to the moral of the soldiers.

We have weekly meetings and I try to find ways to motivate the welfare of the soldier every chance that I get. I feel like a voice in the wind when someone in a more authoritative position says no to something that would help the soldier.

I believe that people who are in the leadership position to make a change should strategically implement a team to develop policies that would create an advantage for the soldier. This implementation could be associated with motivation and how important it is to this policy. It explains what organizations can do to encourage people to apply their efforts and abilities (Jiang, 2010)
