Discussion Post
There are two discussion questions listed below (select 1). Respond to one of the discussion questions and submit your response to the Discussion Area below, using the lessons and vocabulary found in the reading. Support your answers with examples and research and cite your sources using the APA format.
Discussion Question 1:
Why would an organization give employees incentives plans? What are benefits and challenges of this practice?
Discussion Question 2:
How can, or how should, an organization today align its performance management practices with its structure, strategy, and culture?
Start reviewing and responding to at least two of your classmates' postings as early in the week as possible. Participate in the discussion by asking a question, providing a statement of clarification, providing a point of view with a rationale, challenging an aspect of the discussion, or indicating a relationship between one or more lines of reasoning in the discussion.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
