Problem:
Research indicates that Latina women often navigate competing demands from traditional roles and societal norms while managing the intricate dynamics of family responsibilities and social services work, where empathy and community engagement can amplify stress. While striving for career success in social services, they frequently occupy multiple roles as professionals, caregivers, and community members, leading to conflicting demands and heightened stress (Torres & Rollock, 2021). Despite advancements in various sectors, Latina women in social services often struggle to balance their professional aspirations with familial responsibilities.
