Identify a hospitality business in Perth. It can be a hotel, restaurant. or any other Food & Beverage outlet of your choice. By using a combination of research, personal observation and interview with the management, write a report that examines the Revenue Management program of the business.
Write a report that covers at least the following:
- Background details of the selected business
- Market segments catered to
- Competitive environment
- Existing Revenue Management program (if any)
- Who is responsible for Revenue Management
- How successful is the business
- Recommendations for increasing levels of revenue
Task requirements
1. Prepare a 1.300-1500 words report on this topic (use headings, diagrams. and bullet points as required), incorporating external resources as appropriate
2. Print a hard copy of your assignment and hand it in to your lecturer by week 8 at the latest
3. List of references.
Student must include and reference a minimum of 15 recent articles using Harvard Style referencing for the assessment. Reports should be written in a clear and concise manner.
