Which would imply degenerate energy in the bohr model

Why do the 4s, 4p, 4d, 4f orbital have the same energy in the hydrogen atom but different energies in many electron atoms? Does this have to do with the Bohr model being concern with only the principal quantum number? In this case it would be n =4, which would imply degenerate energy in the Bohr model?
