Problem
As the world becomes more globally connected, diversity is going to continue increasing in countries. This can be a great thing for the economy as employers can attract candidates from around the world. However, in most countries, cultural biases can be found and result in poor living conditions for those immigrating. This is a sad reality that immigrants, as they deal with this daily. Citizens of the country are not creating inclusive environments for immigrating people. The results of this is horrible interactions and treatment of people who did nothing wrong. This is something citizens of all countries need to work on. With a world as globally connected as ours, people around the world are more similar than ever. Which in reality, we are being disrespectful and hateful to people that are more similar to one another than we would even know.
