Within an organization, a vital approach that can facilitate in effective execution of strategy should lay emphasis establishing together with strengthening the competencies of a company as well as its competitive capacities. In this sense, it becomes possible with the goal of supporting coordinated performance within the value chain. Also, within a company, it is vital to understand the different managerial actions, which can foster good execution of strategy. In my case, the managerial action I deem as the most effective for a firm to implement is one related to establishing an organizational culture that lays tremendous emphasis on ethical behavior. Managers within a company need to make sure they establish code of ethics, which entail formal statements on the ethical priorities that businesses should adhere to. With code of ethics, a company is able to issue the ethical guidelines that the employees need to follow to ensure they meet organizational goals together with cultural requirements. When the managers focus on implementing code of ethics, they are able to ensure that the employees as well as other organizational stakeholders contribute to ideal strategy execution, which would play a critical role when it comes to realizing its goals (Hill, Jones, & Schilling, 2015). In this sense, I believe that the strategy would be appropriate since the code of ethics usually communicate the most ideal guidelines the organizational stakeholders should follow to facilitate in realizing cohesiveness and unity in the diverse roles they undertake. Also, the strategy would contribute to the best possible outcomes since it would offer the best ways that the employees would work toward the anticipations of a company.

Building an organization capable of good strategy execution entails activity revolving around management of people and processes. The seven managerial actions we discussed that advanced the cause of good strategy execution requires managerial actions to develop a strengthen organizational competencies and competitive capabilities. Structure the overall work effort in ways that promote coordination, competent performance of execution-critical value chain activates. Steering the needed resources to execution-critical value chain activates. Institution policies and procedures that facilitate strategy execution. Adopting best practices and pushing for continuous improvement in how value chain activates are performed. Installing information and operating systems that enable company personally to carry out their strategic roles proficiently.Using rewards and incentives to promote good strategy execution and achievement of strategic and finical targets. Every strategy has its place within an organization as a manager it is your job to decipher what type of managerial action would be the most useful in your company. However, if I was to choose for my company, I feel that using rewards and incentives to promote goods strategy execution and achievement would be the most effective. When employees receive recognition for their hard work, and accomplishments they have increased company morale and develop a positive work environment. "When it comes to recognizing your employees' efforts, most workers need a little bit more than a virtual "pat on the back" from the boss to stay motivated. That's why many employers choose to implement incentive programs to keep their staff engaged and worked hard" (Fallon, 2015).
