Federal Reserve Bank is the most important and influential bank in the USA. With its complexed structure, it assures that the States' finances are in place, which is the nations's main priority. It is shown through number of different actions that Bank does, but mainly through these: selling/buying different government bonds (regarding the situation), the change of interest rate towards other banks and controlling the amount of holdings of deposits in central bank.
