I am having trouble completing an assignment which compares how two states deal policy-wise with a social problem (crime, homeland security, education reform, healthcare, poverty, religious liberty, etc.).
I have chosen Mississippi and California.
I have chosen poverty for the social issue. I must access which approach and then assess which state is doing a better job.
