When you are a manager, unforeseen changes can sometimes impact the effectiveness of the manager. In Hospice I was constantly monitoring regulations in hopes of keeping ahead of potential changes that could financially impact the organization. According to Evans (2013), there must be a constant review of the spending focus and its pertinence to organizational health. What other things could you as a manager do to possibly preemptively plan for changes?
