When trying to find the number of moles of a triprotic

Problem- When trying to find the number of moles of a triprotic analyte present using a basic titrant (NaOH), do the moles of base used to reach the 1st equivalence point correspond to this unknown? Or is it a subsequent equivalence point? In other words, regardless of the number of possible proton dissociations, is the unknown concentration always determined from the 1st equivalence point? Thanks.

I need dexterous help to working out the above problem
