a) Why you chose the leader that you selected.

b) The impact this leader has on your group both personally and professionally.

c) Why this leader is worth studying and analyzing.

2. Personality Analysis of Leader: Throughout the semester we have discussed the importance of personality and the various types of tests that are used to assess individuals and especially leaders:

a) What would your leader's scores be on the Big 5 Personality Test? Provide a summary of each five components of this assessment. If there is external research on which aspects of the Big 5 Personality Test that your leader has scored on, please summarize those findings and reference them. If there is no personality material on your leader, please provide an educated guess and explanation on each Big 5 Test component your leader would score. For example, would they be more extroverted or introverted.

b) Please explain why personality assessments are important for leaders to complete. Explain in detail why leaders should have an idea of where they score on various personality assessments like the Big 5 and what impact it has on them and various stakeholders.

c) What personality traits do you think leaders should have? For example, do you feel that leaders should be more extroverted and conscientious?

3. Leadership and Emotions: Some leaders do this well and can remain level-headed while others tend to be dramatic, easily get upset, and not keep up with the pressures of being a leader. In this section of your paper please answer the following:

a) Summarize the 3 most common emotions you feel your leader experiences the most often.

b) Being in a leadership position can be stressful. List and summarize the 3 biggest stressors your group believes your leader experiences the most. For example, is it burnout, working long hours?

4. Leadership and Conflict Management:

In class we discussed what conflict is, the various sources of conflict and different styles that can be used to address conflict. These principles apply in a major way to leadership. In this section of your paper please answer the following questions below:

a) What does your group feel are the 3 biggest sources of conflict for your leader? Summarize each source of conflict in three-four sentences.

 b) Illustrate and reflect on what your team feels is the most common conflict handling style your leader uses the most often. For example, is it forcing? Avoiding?

 5. Conclusion: To conclude, wrap up your paper and summarize the key points and takeaways you want to remember about your leader.
