What you suggest your staff do upon completion of event

Problem

Your event is in full swing. People are lining up for food. There is music playing and you hear laughter ringing out in all directions. Jamar is managing the entrance tickets and the cash box. Lakesha is manning a table with merchandise and membership sign-up forms. A cluster of people are already signing up. Maria is milling around, introducing herself to guests, and sharing stories about the center's mission.

As you survey the event, you notice the donation baskets on the tables are full. People seem to be having fun. Parents are making new connections and seem interested in joining the recreation center.

You start to smile, feeling proud of yourself and your team. You persevered through many challenges and ending up hosting a wonderful event that will help you advance in your career and launch your organization successfully.

You are so pleased with your event's results and don't want to lose momentum.

As the Executive Director, what would you suggest your staff do upon completion of the event?
