Your second reflection journal should build off your first one and should serve as a conclusion to this Leading Teams course. Move beyond the assessments that you have taken in the beginning of this course, reflect on the past five weeks of class time and online discussion and consider the following questions in crafting your paper:
1) What were the three most significant areas of learning for you in this course? Feel free to refer to course outcomes/expectations developed during the first class.
2) How has your view of the course concepts changed based on the course readings and the interaction with your peers and the instructor?
3) How have you been able to translate any of the course concepts and skills learned in this course to practical behaviors/activities/ideas you use in your workplace, on internship, in your community, in school, etc.?
Lastly, I ask you to share at least one question that the course has generated that you would like to examine further, and why you have chosen this particular question/topic.
