Consider what we have learned about art of the present day, or work by artists who are still living and creating. Artworks of today are in a unique position in that they can respond to an entire history of art and can utilize installation, video, and/or social engagement. Select one of these artworks (GTA chapter 3.10) and provide formal, contextual, and stylistic descriptions of the piece. From this, analyze the meaning of the artwork. Remember art is subjective so think about what these elements mean to you.
