I. Proposal Writing:
1. Give the comprehensive description of your Project / System scenario.
II. Project Planning: (Assume at least 4 tasks / modules)
1. Prepare "Project Scheduling" of your system modules with appropriate tasks, effort, duration and dependencies.
2. Prepare a neat "Activity bar chart" of your system modules.
3. Prepare a "Staff allocation chart" of your system modules.
4. Did you think about eventual changes?
How do you resolve them if they happen ?
III. Risk Management:
1. Give any ONE risk that you identified.
2. What was its probability and effect?
3. What was the strategy that you applied to manage the risk?
IV. Team Management:
1. How did you choose your team members? Of Which kind of personality are they? Justify your choices.
2. Is your team "informal" or "hierarchy" group? Explain with the responsibilities of your team members.
3. How was the "Group communication" among your team members?
