Perform the following steps to evaluate the current business strategy:

Q1. Analyze the current strategic plan and objectives of the organization comparing with the industry environment. Document your findings.

Q2. What types are ICT systems and practices are currently in use?

Q3. Monitor the resource use and effectiveness of the technology that is in place in the enterprise.

Q4. Determine the possible ICT gaps and improvement opportunities by comparing the analysed information, that is related to the current ICT systems in practice and the proposed changes to be in line with the strategic plan.

Evaluate the effect of changes by completing the following steps:

Q10. Work on the action plans to implement the proposed changes, ensuring to do so in accordance with the organisational policy and procedures. Consider the prioritized work schedule prepared previously in evaluation phase.

Q11. Define and document the details of the plans for the implementation, standards and targets including timelines.

Q12. Forward the developed documentation to the appropriate person for feedback and approval.

After you have successfully completed the above steps, match ICT needs with the strategic direction of an enterprise, you will need to sit down with your assessor, discuss on the following items and provide summary in the written form.
