Suppose you are designing your training program for 20 employees who are quite diverse: different ages, genders, different ethnic and cultural backgrounds and who also have various levels of work and educational experiences related to the content of the training. What training design features and learning methods would you use to address the diversity of the group who will be attending your training course? Explain your choices and why you would select them. (Note: this is not a question of designing a Diversity and Inclusion training course, the key focus of our discussion this week is on training design methods).
