Discussion Post: Evaluating Lesson Plans
Choose two lesson plans from the "SIOP Lesson Plans and Activities." Use "SIOP Lesson Plans and Activities," located on the Center for Applied Linguistics website for examples of SIOP lesson plans and activities.
Write 250 to 500 words evaluation of each lesson. Your evaluations should address the following:
1) Do you see sufficient integration of SEI strategies?
2) Is academic vocabulary addressed?
3) What supports the instruction of vocabulary?
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
