In many ways this homework is a culminating project for the semester. By this point, we have explored the full range of career stages and issues. As you are conducting your interviews you will be able to discern the various components of the course in your interviewees' answers. I am looking for your application of your course knowledge.
Information Interviews are KEY to developing your professional network, increasing your knowledge of your chosen field and are a great way to build interviewing skills. For this homework, you will be interviewing TWO professionals currently employed in your target job title.

To write your report, include:
Part I
Compare and contrast your interviewees. This includes:
1) What you learned about your field.
2) What you think about the job as they described it.
3) What you found helpful/concerning.
4) How their answers were similar or dissimilar.
Part II
Critically analyze the information you gathered during your interviews.
1) How the information has shaped your career decision?
2) What changes (if any) you will make to your career path?
3) What steps you will take to be the most prepared for this job?
4) How the job, as described by your interviewees, compare to your career values, skills, interests, and personality as discussed in the beginning of the course?
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
