You conducted a job analysis on a job you chose from the Case Study Interactive media and created a job description. For this Project, you will develop a recruitment and selection plan for the job you analyzed.
Submit a 2- to 3-page response to the following:
• Selection:
o Outline the steps you would take to determine a selection process for this particular job.
o Describe optimal selection methods.
o What cultural, ethical, and legal implications need to be considered in selection?
o How would you implement and evaluate your selection process?
• Recruitment:
o What would make you recruit people internally versus externally?
o What sources would you use to recruit and why?
o How would you evaluate the effectiveness of your recruitment strategy?
