What should be testing speed for model in the wind tunnel

A one sixth scale model of an automaobile is to be tested in a wind tunnel at a speed corresponding to the prototype speed of 60 km/h. the testing temperature and pressure of air at wind tunnel is the same as prototype.

a) what should be the testing speed for the model in the wind tunnel to scheive similarity? Consider Reynolds number is the only relevant independent dimensionless parameter for the problem.

b) the drag coefficient is defines as Cd= Fd/ 1/2 density*velocity^2 *area and this dimensionless parameter is dependent only onreynolds number. For the above problem if drag is 510 N, where is the prototype drag? (FD is drag force)
