Problem
During this semester you will be placed in different teams in your courses, and in many courses, more than once. This mirrors what often happens in our professional lives as we are placed in different teams, at different times, for different purposes at work.
I'd like you to listen to this "talk" and consider how teams work and how they can be successful.
I'd you to think about how you would want your team to work? What "rules" would you want to include for your team to work to its best capability? What "rules" are necessary to exemplify the best teamwork?
