Psychology Problem
You will need to look back at the history of psychology and then forward to contemporary approaches to psychology.
In your own words, give a brief overview of the history and the contemporary perspectives of psychology by providing answers to the following three questions:
a) What is psychology? How is it defined?
b) What roles did philosophy and physiology play in the development of psychology as a science?
c) List and describe the seven contemporary approaches to psychology outlined in the textbook. Be sure to address how each perspective differs in emphasis and approach.
