What remedy in contract law have against electro-mart

Problem:

James, who has an anger management disorder, also read the advert and said he had wanted to buy the Marvel watch for $499.95. Again, Electro-mart staff told James that they were no longer selling Marvel Watches and that he should consider the Easy-Watch. But James got angry and stood outside the store, yelling continuously to customers that the adverts were false. Finally, Electro-mart staff told James that they would re-check their inventory, and when they did, they found "the last one" and sold the Marvel watch to James for $499.95. According to the packing box, the Marvel watch included a special charging device. When James brought the box home and opened it, there was no special charging device included. James used the Marvel for two days and used a much slower charging device. When James finally tried to return the Marvel watch, Electro-mart staff told him that they would not accept the return, but would give him $50 being the cost of a new special charger.

Question: What remedy in contract law, if any, does James have against Electro-mart or its staff? Why? Explain in full, using the terminology used in ontario law. Use only contract law.
