Complete the lease as if you were renting an apartment in a complex. DO NOT use your personal information, simply make it up.
After completing the lease, directly under the lease, write a 300 word minimum report answering the following:
• What is wrong with the lease and why?
• What needs to be added or what needs to be removed from this lease.
• Is the lease residential or commercial?
• Explain why the Property Manager is responsible for making sure the lease meets the law's qualifications for your state laws and federal laws.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
