Problem: Does this make you more or less inclined to litigate versus settle?
Why or why not? I believe donation to any judicial candidate campaign is considered as an investment that should profit the investors. If donation was made to the support of candidate election, there would be more indination to litigate or settle. Also, there would be more access to litigate or settle when there is financial donation towards the winning candidate.
