3. Which US agencies would you need to collaborate with in order to analyze and make sense of this threat?
4. You need an very concise intro paragraph describing the threat to policymakers. Then, in 2 or 3 paragraphs, analyze the threat with 3 evidence. Back up evidence from your unclassified sources.
5. Provide a concise conclusion. Reiterate why the US should care about this threat.
