As a new production manager in your organization, you are required to support the implementation of lean production in the company. Highlight the following:
• Steps you will propose towards implementing lean across the entire organization (i.e Procurement, Production, Finance, Machine shop, Warehouse etc).
• What kind of waste(s) do you anticipate will be produced from the various business units highlighted above?
