For this task, you will conduct online research to find a news story about an organization that has reported and announced a plan to downsize and/or reorganize its organization during the past 12 months. Write a paper that analyzes that organization's situation by answering the following questions:
Why is this organization downsizing and/or reorganizing?
What is your diagnosis of the situation for the organization in question?
How would you proceed from this point?
What interventions would you recommend and why?
For your preferred intervention, develop an action plan for implementation.
In addition to the material in your textbook, support your assignment with at least three of the articles you located last week.
