It involves considering how and why you think the way you do, and an examination of your beliefs, values, attitudes and assumptions that form the foundations of your understanding. For that purpose ZTA education consultants work as a team to perform quality oriented work and with the aim to get more clients and to satisfy the need of the existing clients.

As of today I would say that the company is doing pretty well as we have captured quite the international student market and our customers (students) are very happy with the quality and on time service which we provide hence the business is growing steadily and
As the organization sole rely on the customers Strategic Constituencies Approach is the one which suites it as the target market are the customers(Students) and if the demand increases we have to meet that demand by getting more contracts with Universities and Colleges so the students can get admissions in the desires course.

There are 4 major stakeholders in the company which includes accounts managers (me), marketing managers, migration agent, director and all other minor stakeholders are the customers (students). Working with the organization I have observed that even with the different division of work into departments we still have to manage each other work to make the thing right as the organization is quite simple in structure but the target market is dynamic. Even thou we have assigned the according to the names like I have given name of accounts manager and other is given as a marketing manager we be nature have the knowledge and skill to do both the divisions work, this goes to the whole organization. This is because the tasks and objectives of each individual are blended with each other or you can say it works like a hybrid organization. I personally feel that this act of a hybrid organization is very best as it increase the individual skill and gains knowledge of the each of the department. Which increases the effectiveness of the organization.

For me acting or working as an accounts officer my effectiveness should be to the internal matters of the organization and for my effectiveness to be measured Internal process approach is to be used as I m responsible for the coordination , motivation and of having an aim to excel in at internal efficiency.
