TOPIC: What is benefits Administration? What are the specific duties that are involved in benefits Administration? Employers have several options for administering a benefits program ranging from self-administration to fully Contracting out the administration of benefits. How should an organization decide how much of the benefits Administration rule it should take on and what are the implications for employees related to manageable strategy?

Based on your research it is expected that you will develop an annotated bibliography containing your research findings for up to 10 sources (5 sources minimum). The bibliography will be approximately 4-6 pages worth 10% of your mark.
